Karen opened her first clinic in Northwest Denver in 2016 as Reynas Aesthetics. Ten years later it's Brilliant Beauty — same neighborhood, same founder, still personally run.
Her background is in biology, not marketing. She hired a physician medical director, a nurse injector and a certified laser specialist so every treatment is done by someone trained for it. Her aesthetic work has taken her as far as El Salvador as a volunteer.

How soon will I see results from a neurotoxin?
It depends on the product: Botox® Cosmetic typically shows effects within 3–5 days, Dysport® within 2–3 days, and Jeuveau® within 3–4 days. Individual results vary.
Which neurotoxins do you use?
Botox® Cosmetic, Dysport® and Jeuveau®. Your provider recommends one at your consultation based on the area and your goals.
How much does Botox cost?
Neurotoxins are priced per unit, and the number of units depends on the area treated. Jeuveau® is $11 per unit, or $10 per unit for Jeuveau® members. Your provider gives you an exact number at your consultation, before anything is done.
Who actually does the treatment?
Licensed providers, under the supervision of our medical director, Dr. Ashley Schinske, MD. You can look up any Colorado licence on the state’s DORA licence lookup.
What areas can dermal filler treat?
We offer filler for lips, under-eye hollows and tear troughs, cheeks and nasolabial folds, the jawline, the chin, and non-surgical nose reshaping (liquid rhinoplasty).
Is there downtime after microneedling with PRP?
Treatment usually takes 30–60 minutes. Expect 24–48 hours of redness, swelling and a sunburn-like feeling. Most people are fully healed in about a week. Individual results vary.
Who qualifies for medical weight loss?
A provider decides after a medical evaluation. Nothing is prescribed until that evaluation is done.
